2nd time running the Stanchart Marathon

Dear friends,

This weekend was certainly a fufilling one as I jogged, sweat, walked the stanchart 10km run. With my current weight and fitness condition it is definitely no mean feat. But I did it. I took a very long time though 1:58:02. Next year, I aim to finish it in 1:20. Not a resolution though but just something I will improve on anyways as part of my aim to reduce weight and stay healthy.


One mini achievement today. I decided not to accompany my husband for an expensive Japanese buffet treat - I really think I should cut down on buffets and heavy dinners.
