Women leaders

I believe that women can be very good leaders. They are appreciative, cultivating, and patient. They are very good mentors during work and on a personal basis. That is the reason why we have more prominent women leaders now - Christine Largarde (IMF Chief), Angela Merkel (the German Chancellor), Yingluck Shinawatra (Thailand PM), Gloria Arroyo (politician in Philippines), Julia Gillard (Austrlia PM) etc.

However, I find that there is one binding trait among all these women politicians, it seems that they are very dedicated in what they do and they have a strong charisma that can charm the men in the office in a very respectable way. More importantly, they are less negatively emotional. They have the strength of being emotional only when they need to, to show their feelings and anger and fear when they have to and not when they want to.

I think that this is important to a successful woman leader - to be positively charged emotionally.
