It's time to walk the talk!

It's been sometime since I have blogged. Many reasons - I have been really busy in my new job, hobbies like painting and singing. More recently, I have been thinking - losing weight is really something that I want to do for the longest time but I kept giving myself excuses - I can't stop eating. I admit - I love food - most types. I love to eat Roti Prata, Fried Carrot Cake, Fried Oyster, Satay, Satay Beehoon, Laksa, and many other local delicacies. The list goes on and on. But because of this liking for food and strong tasting food - I have gained 20 kgs over 10 years. It''s our tenth year marriage anniversary this year, and I wanted to give Edwin a surprise by losing all the 20 kgs I have gained by our wedding anniversary in September. Sigh, I don't think I can meet the timeline. But I am not going to give up.  I am adjusting my New Year's resolution to lose 20 kgs by end of the year 31 December 2014.
